Information on changes to fund rules, mergers, and terminations will be published online at handelsbanken.no. Normally, information will also be sent to you prior to the implementation of any change. In the event you have purchased funds through a distributor, the information will be made available from the distributor.

Investors have the right to submit a complaint to Handelsbanken NUF.
Additional rights
The prospectus and fund rules for each fund provide information regarding the subscription and redemption of fund units, terms and conditions for different share classes and your potential rights to any damages.
You as a consumer can receive guidance from the Norwegian Financial Services Complaints Board (FinKN) and The Ethics Council of The Norwegian Securities Dealers Association if you have a potential appeal. You can also contact the Consumer Council for guidance.
